INDIVIDUAL FRUIT CAKE

The fruit is seriously drenched in Talisker single malt whisky, and left to soak for 2 weeks.

This cake is densely packed with our fruit mix...cherries, almonds, mixed peel, raisins, currants and sultanas.

BLAVEN BEER FRUIT LOAF

A 500g loaf matured in local Blaven fruity beer (from the Isle of Skye brewing company). Vine fruit only. Rich, moist and delicious.

By request we can send these in a small wooden box tied in organza ribbon. Bigger sizes will be available for Christmas, with or without marzipan. Orders for wedding cakes also welcome.
