A 500g loaf matured in local Blaven fruity beer (from the Isle of Skye brewing company). Vine fruit only. Rich, moist and delicious.

CHRISTMAS CAKE

A small ale matured loaf with cherries, almonds & vine fruit. Topped with marzipan and royal icing. the perfect size for 2 - 4 people

By request we can send these in a small wooden box tied in organza ribbon. Bigger sizes will be available for Christmas, with or without marzipan. Orders for wedding cakes also welcome.
