BREAD

Barry is receiving many requests for his breads. We hope to eventually offer artisan breads as a listed product, however it is currently only available by request ( pop in to collect if we are baking), on order to local restaurants and hotels, and at various markets.

We will have bread every Friday at the Portree Gathering Hall, and at other local fairs and markets throughout the year.

Our latest developments include fruit bannocks, vegetable breads, onion twists, apricot & linseed loaves , seaweed bread and ale breads. Our Skye seed loaf is becoming well known on the island, and is now available in some of the local shops.
