The success of our shortbread lies in the traditional Highland recipe, using fresh butter.

LAVENDER SHORTBREAD

All butter shortbread with a handful of dried lavender flowers in the mix! One of our best sellers!

VANILLA INFUSED SHORTBREAD

We make vanilla sugar by slicing a fresh vanilla pod (or several) down the centre with a very sharp knife. The open pods are then plunged into a big jar of sugar, which is then sealed, shaken and stored for about two weeks. The sugar is then used not only to sprinkle the hearts, but in the recipe too. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm......

RED CHERRY SHORTBREAD
